First Woman in the Chechen Government

The first woman minister has appeared in the government of Chechen Republic in the last two decades.
Khadizha Dulaeva was appointed to the post of first deputy chief of staff and heads of government – a government minister of the Chechen Republic- by the Decree of the head of the republic, Ramzan Kadyrov.
Before this appointment, Khadizha Dulaeva worked as an assistant of the head of Chechen Republic and oversaw the youth policy issues. Dulaeva is a philologist by training. She speaks English, Arabic and several other foreign languages.
